Samantha Parchment is the founder of Parchment Law, P.A. Her practice areas include divorce, timesharing, custody, probate, estate planning bankruptcy, immigration, personal injury, and civil litigation. She understands that persons are individual, and in law, there is no “one size fits all.” Her focus is on you and your case.
Samantha understands how stressful and complicated legal matters can be. She understands that she cannot always spare her clients from litigation, but can put their minds at rest about their legal concerns so they can focus on their own needs and those of their families. She enjoys being able to provide experienced advocacy for her clients and being able to support them through an unfamiliar and sometimes overwhelming legal system.
Samantha brings to her practice the strength, knowledge, and local experience that makes a difference in her clients’ cases. Clients who work with Samantha and the firm understands that they are not just hiring any law firm: She offers the client the benefit of her extensive experience in litigation and mediation.
As an immigrant from Jamaica, Samantha came to the United States of America to study, and fell in love with the taste, feel, sound, and culture of Florida. She is also a licensed real estate agent. When not practicing law, Samantha enjoys getting involved in her community, reading, mothering, and practicing Krav Maga.
